I came from an all hustle entrepreneurs world. 10 years no holiday, and empty life full of tasks and challenges but lacking the sweet taste of life. Always since the age of 14 Inworked. Evening and weekends. With 25 years I founded my compny. Now I am 36 years old.

Lara taught me that entrepreneuship can be easy. That working more and running faster is never helping me create more. It helped me burn out faster.

Now, almost a year after we started working together I seem to be floating on another orbit. Around me in my network entrepreneurs are hustling, pale skin, under eye circles. Waking up earlier, doing more.

And me? I sleep in, I have more friends than ever, travel to beautiful places, let the sun shine on me in nature, indulge in cozy sauna ceremomies and my beloved yoga sessions. I work less than ever and my company is flourishing. 

I developed the team, built more structure and processes and Lara helped me realign my inner world. How does my company and my daily work align with my inner values? How can I help my team align?

With Lara I work on my end goal of having a family in my beautiful home in nature, spend time with my loved ones and have a company that works for me. Cause here‘s the secret: It doesn’t need to be hard.
