From the age of eight, I lived and breathed performance. Accepted into the world-renowned Royal Ballet School Junior Associates and later the Royal Ballet School White Lodge, I trained daily as an artistic athlete, sculpting not just my body but my discipline, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
By my late teens, I was performing in London’s West End in original casts, gracing stages under dazzling lights, appearing in television and film, and working alongside some of the industry’s most celebrated directors and choreographers. On the surface, I was living the dream..... yet, behind the applause, a deeper question stirred within me:
“What if my true stage was not the theatre, but the human experience itself?”
That question became my turning point.
From Performance to Purpose
I left behind the glamour of the stage to embark on a new kind of performance: guiding people to transform their bodies, minds, and lives.
For over two decades, I’ve worked internationally as an award-winning performer, master trainer, international presenter, and educator in the world of fitness, wellness, and mindset. But over time, my work evolved beyond the physical — into something far deeper and more transformative.
Today, my coaching integrates neuroscience, creative alignment, and human potential mastery, blending art and science into a uniquely powerful approach.
