I work exclusively with leaders, founders, and visionaries who are ready to operate beyond limits.
With 20+ years in the global fitness and wellness industry, I’ve educated, mentored, and inspired thousands of professionals and athletes worldwide. From award-winning stage performances to international fitness leadership, my mission has always been the same: unlocking the full-spectrum potential of the human body and mind through high-performance coaching and transformational leadership development.
Today, I work with a new kind of athlete — the ambitious leader, founder, executive, or creator. Through executive coaching, embodiment coaching, and advanced performance psychology, I guide them to break through personal limitations, regulate their nervous system, realign with their truth, and embody the next level of their power.
My approach blends:
❖ Robert Fritz’s structural creative principles
❖ Somatic intelligence, nervous system regulation & emotional recalibration
❖ High-performance movement, peak performance coaching & mindset mastery
❖ Executive-level strategy, founder coaching & inner architecture work
Because Formula One isn't just for the track — it’s a way of life.
And those who choose to operate at that level require precision, presence, emotional intelligence, and embodied leadership.
Let’s design your next evolution through executive embodiment coaching and high-performance strategy — from the inside out.

Benefits
In today’s world, the most powerful leaders aren’t just successful, they’re conscious creators. They operate from a space where clarity, creativity, and strategy align with deeper meaning.
And when you, the visionary makes the intentional choice to align with your unique internal rhythm, your true essence, you begin to operate from a higher frequency of conscious creativity and extraordinary transformations occur.
A powerful reconnection to self emerges. A deep sense of wholeness, vitality, and clarity is restored. From this elevated state, abundance begins to flow effortlessly. Success, once pursued, now arrives naturally, it expands, your clarity sharpens, and a deeper sense of purpose and impact emerges. Meaningful contribution on a universal scale becomes the focus.
You see it's not about chasing more, its about becoming more
Living and leading from your authentic self means transcending the limitations of your past the constraints of old narratives, Shedding outdated identities and even the projections of your perceived future. It’s about moving beyond identity shaped by past wins or failures and connecting with your highest nature, your true creative potential.
When you align with your Creative Self, the illusions of lack, incompleteness, and limitation begin to dissolve. What emerges is a grounded, inspired, and powerful state of being. Where fulfilment, well-being, and expansive leadership converge and from this space you move differently, you lead differently. You create differently.
This is the foundation of powerful leadership, sustainable success, and legacy-level impact.

LEVENIA J Wartenberg: Creative Academic Educator
I embarked myself for a whole year holding Lara’s hand through her coaching path. I didn’t
know what to expect or what to think, but I was open and ready to be immersed in the
wonder of her coaching world.
I learned how awesome, important and beneficial having a caring, wonderful and straightforward coach like Lara is. I found out about my choices, my purpose in my life, my goals and how much I need to take care of
myself to be there for others.
Through Lara’s coaching, my love life, my family life, work-life, got all balanced. Moreover, my “ME” life became desirable. I’m ready for what life throws at me and I’m ready to keep creating magic!
Can’t thank her enough

For years I lived in the hustle world — 10 years without a holiday, always chasing results, but missing the joy of life. Lara showed me that entrepreneurship doesn’t have to be hard. Working more wasn’t creating more; it was burning me out.
Now, less than a year later, I work less, sleep more, travel, and enjoy life — and my company is thriving. With Lara’s help, I built structure, empowered my team, and realigned my work with my values. The secret? Success gets easier when you do.
Amr El Sherif:
Macro Portfolio Manager
I approach Lara earlier this year after a recommendation from a friend, specifically to look at my relationship with money. I have had several sessions with her in the last three months and she has not only guided me on how to set up structures for my finances but also helped me identifying in a wider context of how and why my money patterns keep play out in my life.
The clarity and the insightful understanding as to how these patterns have affected me my whole life, how they have been becoming more pronounced as I've stepped further into entrepreneurship career has been invaluable.
Working with Lara I have gained incredible confidence, clarity and whilst things are still a working progress I'm definitely in a very different place to where I was when I first met her.
Her approach is deeply intuitive. She's a great listener and highly professional, prioritising my results and well-being. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
